The present policy establishes the manner in which MIRAS INTERNATIONAL SRL collects and processes personal data, in accordance with legal requirements regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy").

The new European regulation on the protection of personal data is represented by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation").

This privacy policy applies to the website www.miras.ro as well as to all auxiliary activities necessary for the fulfillment of the main activity of MIRAS INTERNATIONAL SRL, which is the provision of metallurgical steel products and services.

MIRAS INTERNATIONAL SRL collects and processes relevant data for the needs of consumers (such as data from the contact form), for the purpose of offering and providing products and services in accordance with the product catalog. In addition to this data, the website www.miras.ro also collects data from the CVs of individuals who wish to apply for an available position within the company.

MIRAS INTERNATIONAL SRL does not use the collected data for the purposes mentioned above and for marketing purposes unless the customer or user gives their explicit consent.
