T PROFILE

The T-profile is a form of structural steel widely used in construction and engineering applications.

It is also known as a T-section or T-shaped laminated profile.

Strength and stability are two of its key strengths. Steel in the T shape can bear high weight and pressure in proportion to its own weight, making it ideal for use in a wide range of structural applications.

Areas of use: metal fabrications and construction, shipbuilding, frames, runway tracks, frames, racks, gates, supports.

HEA

Due to their remarkable strength, durability, and adaptability, HEA steel beams are a preferred material for numerous construction projects. They are commonly used in residential and commercial constructions due to their perfect adaptability as load-bearing structural elements for walls and roofs.

HEA Europrofiles are a premium alternative to cheaper materials, and the investment is always profitable as their performance and strength guarantee long-term savings, avoiding significant maintenance costs.

Areas of use: metal fabrications, industrial and naval construction, metal halls, civil constructions, structural elements (beams, columns, etc.).

Range:

  • 100 ... 700 mm
  • Length: 12.000, 12.100 mm
  • Grade: S235JR, S275JR, S355J2

HEB

The main difference between HEA and HEB Europrofiles is the size. HEB Europrofiles have a larger thickness, which means they provide additional structural strength.

They also ensure a high level of workability and ease of installation due to their perfect dimensional fit. HEB Europrofiles are a cost-effective choice for durable applications, proving long-term reliability without requiring significant maintenance expenses.

Areas of use: commercial, industrial, and naval construction, halls, bridges, metal and industrial fabrications, steel structures for civil buildings.

Range:

  • 100 ... 550 mm
  • Length: 12.000, 12.100 mm
  • Grade: S235JR, S275JR, S355J2

HEM

HEM Europrofiles are the heaviest and strongest variants among H-type Europrofiles. Compared to HEA and HEB profiles, their wide flange provides a generous surface area that allows for attachment to other structural parts. Additionally, the wide flange improves the rigidity and stability of the structure, making it more resistant to seismic and wind loads.

HEM Europrofiles can withstand enormous weights without bending or twisting, making them perfect for applications in the construction industry, such as load-bearing walls and roofs.

HEM Europrofiles are a solid, versatile, and cost-effective option for a wide range of applications in construction and engineering.

Areas of use: industrial, civil, naval, and railway metal fabrications.

Range:

  • 200 ... 550 mm
  • Length: 12.000, 12.100 mm
  • Grade: S235JR, S275JR, S355J2

IPE

IPE Europrofiles represent the lighter version of I-type Europrofiles manufactured to European standards. The width of the flange is approximately half of the beam height, making it extremely versatile and suitable for various applications.

IPE Europrofiles represent the lighter version of I-type Europrofiles manufactured to European standards. The width of the flange is approximately half of the beam height, making it extremely versatile and suitable for various applications.

One of the main advantages of IPE Europrofiles is their distinctive shape. The "I" shape provides a versatile surface for connection to other structural parts, increasing stability and rigidity. As a result, they are perfect for use in load-bearing walls and roofs, where they can withstand enormous loads without bending or twisting. Additionally, the "I" shape minimizes the total weight of the beam, making them an excellent choice for large-scale construction projects where weight is a challenge.

Areas of use: construction and metal fabrications, metal halls, beams, storage racks, heavy equipment in metal constructions.

Range:

  • 80 ... 600 mm
  • Length: 6.000, 12.000, 12.100 mm
  • Grade: S235JR, S275JR, S355J2

INP

I-type Europrofiles are a type of structural steel used in construction projects. One of the main advantages of INP steel beams is their reduced weight, resulting in significant labor and equipment cost savings. Additionally, their reduced weight reduces the overall pressure on the building foundation, which can contribute to cost savings in foundation works.

INP Europrofiles offer increased torsional resistance compared to IPE Europrofiles due to the inner technological angle on the flanges. The installation technique comes with some challenges, but joint strength is significantly increased.

Areas of use: construction and metal fabrications, structural elements, metal halls, beams, bridges, columns, supports for walls and roofs made of sandwich panels and corrugated sheets.

Range:

  • 80 ... 500 mm
  • Length: 6.000, 12.000, 12.100 mm
  • Grade: S235JR, S275JR, S355J2

UNP

UNP Europrofiles are a durable, adaptable, and environmentally friendly solution recommended for sustainable construction projects. They improve stability and strength and can be used in a wide range of applications.

UNP Europrofiles are an excellent innovative alternative for large-scale construction projects due to their flexibility, versatility, and deformation resistance. The high load-bearing capacity of UNP Europrofiles is one of its key features.

Installation is easy, and they can be maintained in good condition in the long run. They are lightweight, can be cut and bent to meet specific construction project requirements.
