This service is extremely important in the steel production process as it helps detect quality issues at early stages, thus avoiding situations where defects may arise during production or during use.
During the examination process, certified personnel utilize techniques such as ultrasonic testing (for internal defects/thickness determinations) and/or liquid penetrant testing to identify any surface defects.
State-of-the-art non-destructive testing equipment with ultrasonic capabilities, manufactured by OLYMPUS USA, is employed.
Our personnel are certified at Level 2 according to SREN ISO 9712, capable of issuing US/LP examination certificates in accordance with the applicable EN standards.
