Partial division project – spin-off in the interest of the sole shareholder – of MIRAS INTERNATIONAL S.R.L.
In accordance with applicable legal regulations and with the aim of informing the public and business partners, we announce that the partial division process of MIRAS INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. has been initiated. Through this process, a portion of MIRAS INTERNATIONAL’s assets, specifically the business line related to the storage and distribution of metallurgical materials, will be transferred to MIRAS STEEL TRADE S.R.L., while the business line related to the storage and sale of construction materials will be transferred to MIRAS MATCONS DISTRIBUTION S.R.L.
Following this division, the business line related to the production of reinforced steel and welded metal structures will remain under MIRAS INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. Thus, after the implementation of the partial division process, MIRAS INTERNATIONAL's current activities will be carried out by three independent legal entities within our group.
The division will in no way affect MIRAS INTERNATIONAL’s ability to meet its obligations towards business partners. The division process will take effect starting April 1, 2025.
